Detached house near Sirat Expressway and On Nut BTS Station

I bought this house at the beginning of this year. It is a detached house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living area is very usable and spacious. There is beautifully decorated furniture. Besides, the kitchen, living room, and multi-purpose room are large, available for holding activities or parties. I bought this house because I want all my family members to spend their time comfortably and easier. It is accessible walking to the office and school, more convenient for my family, and a lot of time for relaxation. Also, we have more time to spend with my family as well. This project is very safe as a security guard is doing his excellent responsibility. Moreover, the on-site comprises modern facilities, whether a communal pool, a communal gym, public park, etc. In general, It matches and is worth it!

I saw a new phase opening in the project, which is actually located in a good location. It is close to Suvarnabhumi International Airport, expressways, and connected with many routes. Besides, it is close to the Mega Bangna department store. The houses in the new phase are emphasizing a new style of Modern-Classic design. It is perfectly combined between modern and classic styles. I have been a customer of Sansiri for a long time. Therefore I'm quite confident about the project. There is a full range of facilities and suitable for the residents' needs. There is a clubhouse with a large swimming pool, and the highlight is a garden that can grow organic vegetables that the residents can bring to the family. The communal area is also huge, as this can be seen from the tunnel covered by trees at the project's entrance. Moreover, home automation is also applied in this project, which controls every electrical system via a mobile phone, including the air conditioner. Furthermore, there is a digital door lock system, CCTV, alarm system to the residents, and these energy-saving system innovations make the house cool.

I trust the Setthasiri Pattanakarn project is a quality project in Sansiri Group. There are no problems at all. The house itself is of strong quality, which is already decorated very well. The house area is spacious and feels not uncomfortable. The furniture inside the house is modern and suitable for all genders and ages. Besides, the Setthasiri Pattanakarn project is in a potential location. The neighbor is cute, friendly, and close to many amenities such as Hua Mak ARL station and Suvarnabhumi Airport. Furthermore, it is close to the popular markets in Bangkok. It is considered good and complete, suitable for a living!
The new project near Suan Luang Rama IX

Although the house is located in the city, the atmosphere is good because it is shady and many trees are surrounded. It is not far from Suan Luang Rama IX, providing high security. Moreover, there is a shuttle bus in the project as well. Besides, the project offers a quality grade of furniture, suitable for a family home. The neighborhood is surrounded by residential areas, so it's quiet and very private. Traveling to different places may have to spare some time because sometimes it is very traffic-jammed !!
