It is a quiet and pleasant residential area, close to the beach and sea, with shops and restaurants across the street. It is also just a 10-minute drive to the nearest Sea Pines Golf Club in Hua Hin. The drive to the city center takes about 15-20 minutes with the green 10-baht bus (Khao Takiab previously had a ferry to Pattaya, but it remains to be seen if it will be reinstated).

The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen, and a balcony with a north-easterly view overlooking the 60m long swimming pool. It is a quiet and comfortable unit, offering a pleasant and fresh temperature in the afternoon. Each bathroom, shower, and the kitchen sink are equipped with water heaters. The two bedrooms have additional mosquito sliding windows, and the balcony door also has a mosquito sliding door, providing a safe and convenient way to open the windows without worrying about mosquitoes.
