if you're considering a long term visit or living in cha am, lumpini is a very good option worth checking out. yes, the rooms are a bit small in western standards (i'm an american), but i'm very content here because the building and surrounding property is *very* well maintained, the gym is good (would be great if only there was more weight lifting equipment). best of all is the friendly, hard working security and maintenance staff. they truly are amazing.

if you're looking for a peaceful seaside escape, the beach palace is a true hidden gem. located right on the beachfront along the beautiful gulf of thailand, this condo-resort offers clean, clear water perfect for swimming and kitesurfing, gentle sea breezes, a quiet sandy beach, and plenty of natural shade from surrounding trees. everything you need is just steps away: cafes, restaurants, and massage spots are all within 300 meters — yet there’s absolutely no noise from the area. a 7-eleven convenience store is only 500 meters away, making it easy to grab any essentials. the unit i stayed in was around 70 sqm, featuring a well-sized balcony that quickly became my favorite spot for morning coffee and breakfast. the space was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. the facilities are excellent — a well-maintained swimming pool and a clean, modern gym that invite daily use. there’s also a sauna available, although i didn’t use it this time. parking is no problem, with plenty of space available, and the location on a quiet dead-end street ensures peace and quiet around the clock. for those who enjoy exploring the local area, cha-am’s vibrant local markets are just a 10-minute drive away. popular tourist attractions in cha-am are about 6 km from the property, and hua hin is just a short 15 km drive. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the beach palace and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, beachfront getaway with all the conveniences nearby. i’ll definitely be coming back! the unit i rented is about 70sqm with a nice balcony with a decent size which invited me for sitting and having my coffee or my breakfast. the pool and gym are in very good shape and invite for using. i didnt use the sauna. enough parking spaces for cars and the street in front is a dead end street with near to zero noises present at any time. i enjoyed my time there very much.

i live in this building for many years now. i moved out of hua hin to this location because it is too crowed and too many vendors and jet skis on the condos over there. here, it is very quiet and the beach is clean and not crowded. the staff takes very good care of the building and the beach. it is well maintained and truly luxury. i love to live next to baba beach club to have breakfast lunch and dinner too. it is nice to go there for massage too. if you are a resident here, they give a discount to use at baba.

i spent a month trying life in this condo and the truth has surprised me a lot, there are not many people living, few neighbors, excellent 24h security, good care, good spaces and right in front of the sea. if you're thinking about coming to live, definitely try it. i'm seriously thinking about moving from bangkok to this county to live.

i graduated from bangkok and returned to my home in hua hin for 3 years to work. i want to buy a house to build stability for myself. i've looked at many projects, but my friend recommended this project because the price is reasonable. the house design is simple and modest. then, i have booked the house with three bedrooms, and it will take about seven months to build a house, or maybe it will be finished before. however, i can inspect the construction process anytime. the road in the project is also extensive. driving cars in opposite directions is easy, making the project look airy and non-crowded. the staff and the security guards are so friendly. i wish i could meet nice neighbors. although the project here is small, there is a large communal pool with sunbeds for the residents. i feel impressed!

beautiful condo, building divided on two sides (north and south) there is a long pool in the middle, flanking the two buildings to the sheraton hotel area. you can use the fitness and facilities from the hotel. there is a 24-hour security system, opposite the fn outlet. there are restaurants not far from the official or you can eat from the hotel. next to petchkasem road comfortable travel

i bought a house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a private swimming pool. at that time, i bought a resale house for a good price too, which is a rare price for a house with full functionality. it is convenient to go everywhere and not far from bangkok. i have to travel to bangkok for my work very often. also, it is close to hua hin airport, so i decided to buy a house here. my kids and my wife love it here because it is close to shopping malls and convenience stores, where they can go when getting bored. in general, i think it is excellent and perfect for the family because it is close to schools and hospitals. apart from that, the project facilities are amazing, and the guards are lovely and responsible, never fall asleep during their work. i always bring them snacks. i think the house here is suitable for a vacation home because it is quiet and non-crowded. importantly, the price is also reasonable.

the atmosphere is very satisfying. the condo is within reach of cha am beach and hua hin airport. traveling is convenient because it is not far from the main road. the village is quiet and secure. the neighbors are friendly. most of them bought the houses and came for their vacation from time to time. the security guard did a very good job. another good thing is that the selling price is not pricey at all compared to other beachside locations such as phuket and pattaya, so i decided to buy a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa for my family vacation home. the villa is well designed, romantic, attractive, well proportioned, and has good ventilation. i feel like my energy is fully charged every time i come here, and i would definitely recommend it for those seeking a home for vacation.
