we’ve been looking for the right place to invest, and finally decided on layan verde. it will take time to build, but the vision behind it is exceptional — nothing of this scale has ever been developed in phuket before. prices are still very low because it’s early, but this is exactly what makes it such a great opportunity. i say this as someone who already owns five properties in thailand — layan is the next big thing. not many people know that the layan beachfront redevelopment has already been approved by the government. it’s going to be transformed into a landscaped, walkable area with greenery, paths, showers, and family-friendly facilities — a civilized and modern seaside promenade. laguna for now is the elite center of property and is already very pricey. layan will be the new luxury neighborhood — more space, better planning, and huge potential. give it a few years, and those who entered early will be very glad they did.

this villa stands out by its stunning design, uniqueness, and very modern. the interior design is also lovely. i am interested in a one-bedroom unit because a studio room is too small for me and the price is not much different. i can get a bigger space with the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. the room is well-proportioned and is fully functioning. the price that they offered does not include the furniture yet; however, there are many options for you to choose from. my room looks like a showroom. it's wonderful. the location is peaceful, and it is only a short walk to layan beach. it is also close to the local community, and there are shops and convenience stores nearby. in addition, it can rent out to others. it is definitely worthwhile!!

this project sounds interesting. it is conveniently located close to phuket international airport and layan beach, one of the most stunning beaches in phuket. the project comes with many facilities such as a lounge, bar, reception, gym, etc. the staff was helpful and very informative. the villa is decorated in modern luxury style, has in-door parking, and a private swimming pool which is quite large compared to other places. the surrounding atmosphere is very peaceful. so private, and i think it is very worthwhile and secured to purchase.

Akra Collection Layan 2

i visited the grand opening of akara collection layan phase 2; i was not disappointed with this project at all. if you thought the first was stunning, the second phase is even more! besides, there are only 14 units in the project, which i like. it looks like my dream vacation home. although this time's price is a bit high compared to a usable area of almost 370 square meters, it is worth the investment. moreover, a professional engineer designed the villa's structure to be both luxurious and durable. by the way, the view of layan beach and the surrounding atmosphere with trees is such a good refreshment throughout the day. there also are security guards for 24 hours. it is must be considered a worthwhile villa for investment and living—perfect location near layan beach, banana beach, and naithon beach.

i've just reserved a room for this project. it is a one-bedroom room, size 46 square meters, which is very spacious for two people. the decoration is modern with quality materials. there are full facilities in the project for every family member. my favorite is a spa, a sauna, a restaurant, and a bar, which is great because you don't have to go out. the atmosphere is also very shady. most importantly, the price is 3 million, which is very affordable compared with other projects. the project location is not far from layan beach; it is only 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. bang tao beach is also only 700 meters away. i can't wait for it to be completed.

my friend and i stayed in this villa for the party. i can say that this is the best vacation experience of my entire life. the villa is super spacious as there are more than 12 bedrooms in it. the design of this place is extremely luxurious. the villa itself is on a hill facing the sea, giving a relaxing atmosphere. it is also not far from the peaceful layan beach, and it takes only 20 mins driving to the airport. now, this place has become my dream home.

i just had the opportunity to visit this project; it is not far from layan beach and the laguna phuket area. i would say that the project is beautiful and looks very grand. you can see a 180-degree view of layan beach and the lush green mountains surrounding the project. i think the project is tranquil and private, and suitable for people who love nature. there are various facilities as well, including a spa, tennis court, fitness center, swimming pool, and a kids club. the villas are available in different plans, ranging from 3-7 bedrooms. still, all villas have a large private swimming pool with a sea view. the living area of each house is spacious and has a very luxurious design. besides, the furniture has been selected professionally. they look beautiful, matchy, and high quality. yes, i fell in love with this project. it is definitely a dream home for many people.
