Noble Development Public Company Limited is a publicly listed property development company incorporated in Bangkok, Thailand. The company listed its shares on the stock exchange of Thailand in June 1997 (stock quote: NOBLE). The core businesses of the company are residential project development. Noble was founded in 1991 by a visionary group of Thai businessmen led by Mr.Kitti Thanakitamnuay.

Love the Apartment with the walk in closet, and built in fridge! Looks so modern and has a spacious feel with lots of storage. Nice view from the balconies too

Excellent location, close to BTS station

The project has a lot of green space, shady and cool all day long. The safety is reliable, and a security guard goes over throughout the day. Plus, the location is super convenient near Phrom Phong BTS, just a few hundred meters away from the project. Besides, there are convenience stores and motorbike taxis in front of the project. I like the atmosphere here; looks cozy and homey. Although the neighborhood is busy, you won't hear noise from the traffic at all. The neighbors are friendly. My room has one bedroom, and the room plan is proportionate - wide living room, but small balcony. It comes with a full set of furniture, which is standard. They also maintain the room very well.

Condo in the heart of convenience

I like the quiet atmosphere here with a spacious living area. It also has complete facilities with an excellent security system. The room I bought from the project is 1 bedroom with 32 square meters, comfortably staying for couples. The room interior is decorated and satisfied my girlfriend a lot. The modern style furniture is covered in a luxurious tone, giving a feeling of comfort and warmth. In terms of location, it is suitable for a good price, close to Phrom Phong BTS and many other shopping centers such as Terminal 21 and Central World, just a few minutes traveling.
