- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS service at the Phra Khanong BTS, the nearest station to the project. When you leave the station, continue walking southeast along Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) with a distance of about 93 meters. Then, turn right at the Phra Khanonh Intersection to continue onto Rama 4 Road for 150 meters, and turn left onto Soi Phum Chit. Afterward, continue walking for another 450 meters, and you will find the project right next in front of you.

- To get to the project by car, you can start from Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) by heading southeast with a distance of about 1.3 kilometers. Then, keep left to continue driving for about 270 meters and continue for another 38 meters. Afterward, turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 48 to continue driving for another 450 meters, and turn right. Continue driving further for only 56 meters, and turn left onto Soi Phum Chit. Finally, continue driving further for another 79 meters, and you will find the project right in front of you.

The condo near Phra Khanong River

The condo near Phra Khanong River. I saw a price reduction last month and decided to buy a 1-bedroom unit here. The room has the perfect size with quality furniture and a view overlooking the city. I just moved in a week ago. There is a pleasant atmosphere, clean area, and a garden for relaxation; the pool is also massive.
Old condo, worth the price

It is an old condo that I have been living in for a while. Although it looks old, the inside is so vast, including common areas and room sizes. The usable areas are spacious compared to other nearby condos, and the prices are affordable as well. It is suitable for a family as there are many relaxing corners, where I love to spend time relaxed when I have free time privately. It is also non-crowded and secured. As for the location, this condo is located in the suburbs but not far from the city, easy and convenient to travel by private cars.

The condo environment and the atmosphere are so good that you can relax comfortably and conveniently. The condo is fully equipped with facilities such as a large swimming pool, a playground, gardens around the project, and a strict security system. I came to stay here for 2 weeks with a Thai friend in 1 bedroom unit. Overall, it is ok. It is close to tourist attractions and prosperity, such as the Phra Khanong BTS and the department stores.

The buildings here are quite outdated with low maintenance. The furniture is getting old, but the facilities are comprehensive with a swimming pool, a gym, and a playground. The location of this place is good, located next to Prakanong canal. The atmosphere is quiet and shady. The neighbors here are also friendly. Most importantly, it's affordable.
