Worth paying! I moved to this condo a year ago and planned to extend my stay because the rental fee is fair. My room is a studio suitable for living alone. I can also get a sea view from the balcony. The building is not updated as it was finished a long time ago, but it'...s well-maintained, clean, and quiet. Ideal location near many tourist attractions such as Ao Yon Beach, Khao Khad Viewpoint, and Makham Beach. Unfortunately, we can't have many facilities here, such as a swimming pool, not a big deal though. Show More

Nice place and clean room. Inside the project, there is a spacious parking space and free Wi-Fi. The room is a one-bedroom type with a nicely designed layout, not cramped. Pleasant to live in! Every time my girlfriend and I come to Phuket, we usually stay in this place. We love it! There are different types of rooms available, from 1 bedroom to 5 bedrooms. Usually, we are in a one-bedroom Sky Suite type. The room is in good condition. There is a balcony with a... panoramic sea view. Most importantly, the staff is friendly and attentive. The project is on a hill near Kalim Beach and Patong beach, where many restaurants and shops nearby. It’s great. I’ll definitely come back here again. Show More

The condo is 10 kilometers from the city, where its location is quiet and non-crowded. It is near the tourist attractions; Ao Makham and Ao Yon. The condo is a small condominium project consisting of only 4 floors and has a shady garden. The location is not so good and f...ar from the amenities, making the room here very cheap. There is also a laundry area, a parking area, and spacious car parking. Moreover, the room decoration is standard furniture. I worked for a hotel near Makham Bay, so I decided to buy a unit in Best Point condo, which is a studio, a bathroom and a kitchen which is well divided. Moreover, there is also an outdoor balcony to hang clothes, overlooking the beautiful sea, and mountain views. The con...do is conveniently comfortable and clean. There is also parking space for both cars and motorbikes. As my mother was especially worried about safety because I stayed here alone, this place really gives me peace of mind. The project had a 24-hour security guard. Good value for money. It's all about traveling close to my office, Central Festival Phuket, Phuket Aquarium, Cape Panwa Café and many others that meet the lifestyle of single women like me. Show More
