The common area maintenance fee is $2 per square meter based on the size of indoor area of the property and is $48 for this condo. The best thing about this building, is maybe the huge pool located in the middle of the city. Walking you can go literally everywhere in Hua Hin, the beach, shopping mall, night market, railway station it is uniquely located in the middle of all attractions. I am looking for a second home or a vacation house that can act as my shelter from Bangkok's hustle. It shouldn't be far and safe for living alone, and I don't pay much attention to the view. I visited this condo, and it's recently built and affordable, without a sea vie...w. The location is good; you can walk to the beach, yet it's still in the town where you can find food at the night market. This condo is new and not very high, with many facilities available such as a pool, a gym, a jacuzzi, a big garden. I live in a 1-bedroom unit, about 40 sq.m. It's beautiful and furnished. I love that they separated the kitchen area from the bedroom and the living room with the wall. Parking seems to be a problem here.
