    The common area maintenance fee is $1 per square meter based on the size of indoor area of the property and is $139 for this condo. This fee has to be paid by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. For new residential developments, it is common to pay up to 1-3 years’ common area maintenance fees in advance upon the transfer of the properties' ownership.

    A ready-to-move-in condo near Phrom Phong BTS

    The condo is in a perfect location near famous shopping malls like The Emporium and EmQuartier. It is also not far from Phrom Phong BTS, so it is easy to travel around. Most importantly, there are many room types to choose from, but I chose to stay in a one-bedroom unit because I stay alone. The room's interior is decorated in a beautiful modern design, and the common area has a swimming pool and fitness center for residents to use as well.
