I moved here 2 weeks ago. The room that I rented is a 2-bedroom unit, decorated with quality furniture. The interior is divided into clear proportions, but the air conditioner in the bedroom is not cold and quite noisy because it has been used for a long time. The common area has all the amenities, including a large outdoor swimming pool overlooking the city view and the gym. Although the exercise equipment is new, it is in good condition and ready to use. However, the project is located near the La Villa shopping center, making it convenient to buy everything. Moreover, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Ari BTS Station from the condo. Overall, it is a nice and quiet condo that is perfect for living.
