The condo is new. There is a pool and a lobby area

The condo here is relatively new. There is a swimming pool and a large lobby area. It's very calm and privacy. It's a community center but not too crowded. There is a convenience store near the project, and the location is also not far from the fresh market. Besides, it is the center of many seafood spots. The condo is not right on the beach, but you can walk only 5 minutes and not far from the main road. Traveling from Bangkok is easy and convenient. Suitable for both a residential investment and a profitable investment. The location is considered good. I think that it is worth the money.
